Omotola Jalade a useless celebrity – Reno Omokri Lambasts actress over Comment On Lekki Massacre
Popular Nigerian author and activist, Reno Omokri has tagged Nollywood veteran actress Omotola Jalade-Ekinde as a useless celebrity.
His latest reaction comes over her comment on the Lekki Massacre, which occurred on 20th October 2020.
Actress Omotola, in a post shared on her Twitter page, had urged that victims’ families should speak up. Adding that if there were no death, people should stop spreading fake news on the Lekki shooting.
Lagos State of Inquiry later confirmed that the Lekki Massacre really happened with the list of people killed and missing after the shooting.
However while reacting to this, Reno Omokiri, in the post shared on his Instagram page, described actress Omotola as a useless celebrity for denying that the Lekki Massacre never happened
He wrote:
“Nigerians must never forget the useless yeyebrities, who used their so called sexiness and celebrity to deny that the #LekkiMassacre ever occurred. Their actions must have consequences, or it will keep reoccurring. God bless @falzthebahdguy, @mrmacaroni1 and @djswitch_,who stayed true, while some Omoshameless character, who does not know how to use her celebrity to promote any thing that does not involve sex, was dancing on the graves of those courageous youths who sacrificed their lives during #EndSARS so that her children can have a better Nigeria!”
